HOW TO
ORDER
Ordering
through our shopping cart system is simple and
straightforward. As you browse through our online
catalog, simply add any item that interests you to
the cart. You may easily remove or change the
quantity of any item in the cart. Click on the "Go
to Checkout Now" button when you are finished
shopping. Please use our shopping cart system even
if you intend to phone in your order as the cart
keeps track of shipping costs.
When you check out, you will be given the following
options:

Order by Credit Card Online (same billing &
shipping addresses)
(2) Order by Credit Card Online (separate
billing and shipping
addresses)
(3) Order by PayPal Online
(4) Order by Credit Card using FAX
(5) Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail
(6) Order by Credit Card through Postal
Mail
We
accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express (in this order of preference), and PayPal.
If your browser supports SSL encryption (secure
data transmission) , we strongly suggest that you
order online by credit card or PayPal (Option 1, 2,
or 3) for fastest delivery. We use the
Americart
shopping cart service for its security and other
advanced features.
Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from
educational and governmental institutions in the US only.
All PO's must include a contact name and phone number.
Checks/Money Orders: Print out and mail your

Please
note that checks are subject to clearance prior to
shipment of orders. Use a money order for faster
processing.
SHIPPING
Most
orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. In
some cases we may use USPS Priority Mail to ship
packages designated for UPS Ground (at no
additional charge) to expedite delivery. If you do
not want us to ship your Ground package via
Priority Mail, please let us know in the "Special
Comments/Instructions" field in the final checkout
screen. In no cases will we use Priority
Mail to ship packages designated for UPS Next Day,
UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3-day.
Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses must be made via
USPS (US Postal Service) as UPS does not
make deliveries to these addresses. For shipments
to AK, HI, and international destinations, USPS
generally offers significantly better rates than
other carriers. Please e-mail
us for a quote for USPS shipping to AK, HI, P.O.
Boxes, and international destinations.
International
orders
may be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS
Parcel Post (by Air Mail). USPS Parcel Post is
generally much cheaper than UPS, especially for
smaller items. Our shopping cart provides shipping
rates for UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you
prefer USPS Parcel Post, please e-mail
us for a quote.
Shipping charges calculated by our shopping cart
are based on UPS rates. The minimum shipping charge
is $4.95. You may save on shipping by ordering more
than one item (e.g. shipping on an order of three
hard drives is much less than that of three
single-unit orders). Please note that the
shipping weight, which accounts for the dimensions
of the article being shipped, may be greater than
the actual weight of the item.
UPS Ground shipping normally takes 2-7 days,
depending on your location.
SALES
TAX
Texas
residents are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
Non-Texas residents are exempt from sales
tax.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
We
accept international orders from Canada, Western
Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, and other developed
nations. If you live outside the US, simply place
your order using our shopping cart system. Your
order may be shipped via either UPS Worldwide
Expedited or USPS Parcel Post (by Air Mail). USPS
Parcel Post is generally much cheaper than UPS,
especially for smaller items. Our shopping cart
provides shipping rates for UPS Worldwide
Expedited. If you prefer USPS Parcel Post
instead, please e-mail

SELLING
YOUR EQUIPMENT TO US
We
are constantly replenishing and expanding our
inventory to provide our customers with better
selection and availability of Mac computers, parts,
and accessories. We purchase Mac-related computer
equipment from companies and individuals alike. If
you would like to sell your equipment to us, simply
e-mail
us
a list of the items you have to offer, including
their descriptions (configuration, working and
cosmetic conditions, etc.) and their asking prices
(or we can make an offer). If we agree to purchase
the items, you may ship them to us by COD, which
must be payable by a company check.
RETURN
POLICY
Unless
otherwise noted, all products we sell are backed by
a 30-day repair/replacement warranty. All memory
products carry a lifetime warranty. Additional
manufacturer's warranties may apply. All returns
must made within 30 days of the purchase date and
require a prior Returned Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA #). A 15% restocking fee applies to all
refunds. Shipping and handling fees are
nonrefundable. All items must be returned with
their original packagings and documentations (if
applicable) and are subject to serial number
verification. This warranty precludes the return of
items damaged through misuse or abuse.
Please e-mail
us for an RMA # before returning any item. For
security reasons, our warehouse cannot accept any
package that is not marked with an RMA #. In your
e-mail request, be sure to include your name,
address, Invoice #, and a brief explanation for the
return. Items must be returned in the original
contents and packaging. Once you receive an RMA #,
you may ship the item(s) back to us at your
expense. We will ship you the replacement at our
expense.
Shipping Damages: If you receive an
item damaged during shipping, please notify us
within five (5) days from the date of delivery for
an RMA #.
TERMS

Nexus Communications/Nexcomp shall not be held
liable for typographical errors or for claims made
by the manufacturer.
(2) All prices are subject to change without
notice.
(3) Nexus Communications/Nexcomp's liability to the
purchaser is limited to 100% of the amount paid to
us. We shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages, including loss profits, expenses, or any
other damages resulting from the use, misuse, or
abuse of products purchased from us.
